Dung Quat Shipbuilding Industry Co. Ltd (DQS) may declare bankruptcy, one of the possible solutions for the company, due to the huge losses it has incurred over the past years.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) was asked yesterday to explain huge losses incurred by companies and corporations under its watch, progress made in the equitisation and divestment process, and measures taken to limit environmental damage.
